Proof of Purchase
When purchasing online at www.sitemfg.com, your packing slip, sent with your shipment, serves as a receipt. If you purchased STIFFI products through an Authorized STIFFI dealer, their receipt serves as your proof of purchase.

RETURN POLICY:
	If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from SITE Inc., you may return your unused item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund of the purchase price (less the shipping and handling charges). Restocking Fee of $10.
	Product must be unused and in original packaging along with original receipt and paperwork.
	For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipment for all items. All shipping charges associated with orders and returns are the responsibility of the customer.

At SITE Inc., we stand behind our products. That’s why we provide a lifetime limited warranty on everything we make.

LIFETIME Limited Warranty:
	The following warranty policy applies only to original consumer of product and is not transferable.
	Evidence of original purchase is required for warranty service (this is your sales receipt or packing slip).
	If you purchased your STIFFI product through an Authorized STIFFI Dealer, their receipt or packing slip serves as your proof of purchase.

What the warranty covers:

All STIFFI products are thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory and are expressly warranted to be free of faulty materials and/or workmanship for life. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

This warranty is invalid if this product is:

Damaged due to careless or improper maintenance, misuse, abuse or usage not in accordance with the instructions as explained in the accompanying “Product Care” card. Modified, aligned, altered or tampered with. Serviced or repaired by persons other than SITE Inc

This lifetime limited warranty is the sole and entire warranty pertaining to the product and is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties of any nature whatsoever, whether express, implied or arising by operation of law, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does not cover or provide for the reimbursement or payment of incidental or consequential damages.

What SITE Inc. will do to correct problem:

In the event the product fails due to a manufacturing defect at any time during this warranty, SITE will repair or replace the product (at SITE’s discretion) and return it to you without charge for parts, services or any other cost incurred by SITE or its representative in connection with the performance of this warranty. If your product is not covered under warranty, it can be repaired or replaced for a fee. SITE will contact you for the cost to repair or replace your out-of-warranty item.

How you can get warranty service:

Return your product along with:

· A letter with your contact information (address, phone number and email address) stating the problem.

· You must include the original purchase receipt or packing slip.

· Send it freight prepaid in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection and tracking and insurance to:
