What
the warranty covers:
All STIFFI products are thoroughly inspected
before leaving the factory and are expressly warranted
to be free of faulty materials and/or workmanship for life.
Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
This
warranty is invalid if this product is:
- Damaged
due to careless or improper maintenance, misuse, abuse
or usage not in accordance with the instructions as
explained in the accompanying “Product Care” card. Modified,
aligned, altered or tampered with. Serviced
or repaired by persons other than SITE Inc
This lifetime limited warranty is the sole and
entire warranty pertaining to the product and is in
lieu of and excludes all other warranties of any nature
whatsoever, whether express, implied or arising by operation
of law, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty does not cover or provide for the
reimbursement or payment of incidental or consequential
damages.
What
SITE Inc. will do to correct problem:
In the event the product fails due to
a manufacturing defect
at any time during this warranty, SITE will repair
or replace the product (at SITE’s discretion)
and return it to you without charge for parts, services
or any other cost incurred by SITE or its representative
in connection with the performance of this warranty.
If your product is not covered under warranty,
it can be repaired or replaced for a fee. SITE will contact you for the cost to repair or replace your
out-of-warranty item.
How
you can get warranty service:
Return your product along with:

A
letter with your contact information (address, phone
number and email address) stating the problem.
·
You
must include the original purchase receipt or packing
slip.
·
Send
it freight prepaid in either its original packaging
or packaging affording an equal degree of protection
and tracking and insurance to:
