The following warranty policy applies only to original consumer of product and is not transferable.
Evidence of original purchase is required for warranty service (this is your sales receipt or packing slip).
If you purchased your STIFFI product through an Authorized STIFFI Dealer, their receipt or packing slip serves as your proof of
purchase.
What the warranty covers:
All STIFFI products are thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory and are expressly warranted to be free of faulty materials and/or
workmanship for life. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
This warranty is invalid if this product is:
Damaged due to careless or improper maintenance, misuse, abuse or usage not in accordance with the instructions as explained in
the accompanying “Product Care” card. Modified, aligned, altered or tampered with. Serviced or repaired by persons other than Volund
Composites.
This lifetime limited warranty is the sole and entire warranty pertaining to the product and is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties
of any nature whatsoever, whether express, implied or arising by operation of law, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does not cover or provide for the reimbursement or payment of
incidental or consequential damages.
What we will do to correct the problem:
In the event the product fails due to a manufacturing defect at any time during this warranty, Volund Composites will repair or replace
the product (at our discretion) and return it to you without charge for parts, services or any other cost incurred by Volund Composites or
its representative in connection with the performance of this warranty. If your product is not covered under warranty, it can be repaired
or replaced for a fee. We will contact you for the cost to repair or replace your out-of-warranty item.

We make everything we sell, so usually we can repair everything we sell. If we can't repair it, we can replace it. Repair fees cover the
cost of materials and labor. We never will "mark-up" our repair fees. Pricing for repairs range from $10 to $30, depending on what is
needed. If your barrel is not covered under warranty and you'd like to have it repaired, just follow the return instructions and include a
note. We will inspect your barrel and contact you as to what your repair options are.
